After 20+ years in marketing and business development across corporates, education, council and small businesses, I understood what drives sustainable business growth.

But life has a way of shifting what matters.

Becoming a mum, losing my father and getting divorced reshaped how I defined success. Flexibility, time and purpose mattered more than ever.

Like many women, I had mastered being Busy.

But I realised success is not just about building something impressive. ​

It is about building a life worth living and a business that feels aligned, 

meaningful and truly yours.

 

For seven years, alongside raising my children, I co-built a health and

fitness business focused on mindset, nutrition and training. We helped

people grow stronger physically and mentally, and I saw what happens

when women slow down and reset their thinking.

I began to notice the same pattern in business.

​

Brilliant women were not lacking talent. They were lacking clarity, structure, time and support.​ Often carrying everything alone.

​

I know how heavy that feels. I have built businesses without the right support beside me. Carrying every decision. Questioning every move. Trying to be and do everything at once and its not easy.

That is why I created Story 5.
