After 20+ years in marketing and business development across corporates, education, council and small businesses, I understood what drives sustainable business growth.

Becoming a mum and losing my father reshaped how I defined success. Flexibility, time and purpose mattered more than ever.

Like many women, I had mastered being Busy.

Achieving.

But I realised success is not just about building something impressive.

For seven years, alongside raising my children, I co-built a health and

fitness business focused on mindset, nutrition and training. We helped

people grow stronger physically and mentally, and I saw what happens

when women slow down and reset their thinking.

I began to notice the same pattern in business.

Brilliant women were not lacking talent. They were lacking clarity, structure, time and support.​ Often carrying everything alone.
