My Story So Far

Entrepreneur, mum of two beautiful humans, lover of creativity, good coffee, time by the sea.

I have always believed we are capable of far more than we give ourselves credit for.

​

For more than 20 years, I have worked across business development, marketing and behaviour change, helping businesses grow and supporting people through change.

 

Along the way, I learnt something that has shaped everything I do today.

​

Real change never starts with doing more, it starts with clarity.

​

​

Somewhere along the way, I started believing that my worth was measured by how much I could handle.

​

I became so busy looking after everyone else that I stopped asking myself one simple question.

​

What do I actually want?

​

Becoming a mum, losing my father and rebuilding my life after divorce completely changed my definition of success.

​

The goals I had spent years chasing no longer mattered, 

​

• I wanted more time.

• More peace.

• More purpose.

• More freedom to build a life that actually felt good to live.

​​​What I discovered was that the answer was never to keep pushing myself to do more, it was giving myself permission to stop.

 

To sit with all the feelings in my body and get really honest with myself, so I could get clear.

​

• Clear on what mattered.

• Clear on what no longer did.

• Clear on what I would no longer tolerate.

• Clear on the life I wanted to build, instead of the one I thought I should be living.

​

Because you cannot build a life, business or career that feels truly aligned with you, until you understand what that future actually looks like for you.

Story 5 was born from my journey and my belief that no woman should have to try and figure it all out alone.

​​​

Because change is not easy.

​​

Unlearning the conditioning, patterns and expectations you have spent

your life living by does not happen overnight.

​

It starts when you give yourself permission to choose you.

​

• Permission to start small.

• Permission to ask for support.

• Permission to stop carrying everything alone.​

 

Because when you have support, direction and accountability on your side, everything begins to change.

​

• You start to see what has been missing and start finding yourself again.

• You stop second-guessing yourself and start making decisions with confidence.

• You stop tolerating behaviour that drains you and start setting boundaries that protect your peace.

• You stop surviving and start creating a life that feels like your own.

 

A life that you are excited to live!
